Our Story
Founded in a Surry Hills loft in 2018, Sydney Botanical Beauty began with a single batch of rose-clay soap poured by founder Alana Rivers. Her vision was simple: blend traditional soap-making techniques with the healing power of native plants. Today, every bar, balm, and serum is still handcrafted in small runs so we can stay true to our roots—and yours.
Our mission is to fuse potent botanicals such as Kakadu plum and blue gum honey with proven dermal science, creating gentle yet effective formulations that celebrate Australia's biodiversity.

Kakadu Plum – Vitamin C Powerhouse
Harvested ethically in Arnhem Land, Kakadu plum contains the world’s highest natural concentration of vitamin C, boosting collagen synthesis while scavenging free radicals (Aust. J. Botany, 2021).
Macadamia Oil – Skin Barrier Support
Cold-pressed from Queensland macadamias, this oil mirrors the skin’s own sebum profile, delivering deep, non-greasy hydration.

What are your shipping options within Australia?
We ship via Australia Post using compostable satchels. Standard shipping is free on orders over $60.
How long do your products last once opened?
Most items remain fresh for 12 months after opening. All jars carry a batch date and PAO symbol.
Are your products safe for nut allergies?
Items containing nut oils are clearly labelled. We operate a dedicated line of nut-free products to prevent cross-contamination.
What is your returns policy?
If a product doesn’t delight you, return it within 30 days for a full refund—no questions asked.
When is the showroom open?
Monday–Friday 10 am–6 pm, Saturday 10 am–3 pm. Closed on public holidays.
